Basil  
 
Italian Large Leaf basil has broad oval leaves that are medium dark green  Annual plants that are 3-4" in length with spicy flavor and aroma.

Narrow grassy leaves with mild onion like flavor.  The plant is dark green with long stems and lavender pink blossoms.  This is a perennial that grows 6-12" tall.

This variety is very aromatic with lacy, feathery foliage.  An annual plant that is commonly used in Mexican and Oriental cooking.  Spices up that home grown salsa perfectly.  Slow bolting and grows up to 16" tall.

Fennel  
 
Fennel is one of the most decorative herbs, pleasing enough to grow in a flower border.  It has a large creamy white bulb with feathery foliage. The foliage smells strongly of licorice.

Marjoram  
 
A desirable culinary herb. Grows about 10" tall.  Developes small dainty flowers with leaves that are aromatic.  Makes an attractive container Plant.  Open Pollinated
Borage
 Traditionally borage was cultivated for culinary and medicinal uses, although today commercial cultivation is mainly as an oilseed.  Borage production does include use as either a fresh vegetable or a dried herb. As a fresh vegetable, borage, with a cucumber like taste, is often used in salads or as a garnish.  Borage is sometimes indicated to alleviate and heal colds, bronchitis, and respiratory infections in general for its anti-inflammatory and balsamic properties. The flowers can be prepared in infusion to take advantage of its medicinal properties.

This bright blue-green is a perennial used both fresh and dried.  Plants grow 24" tall.
